Birds and wildlife in poetry and prose.

Regular walks and activities

Monthly Story Time and Toddle for under 5’s. Starting on Tuesday April 8th then every second Tuesday in the month. A morning story and activity session for under 5’s and their parents/guardians. The boardwalk around the reserve makes it easy for toddlers to walk or adults to push buggies. £3 per child. Contact Leanne for more information on 01328 856788.

Kestrel Club.  An 'after school' wildlife club for 8 to 12yr olds from 4 to 6pm every 4th Wednesday of each month (except Tues 25th March when it is 10 to 12 noon and Wed 27th Aug when it is 7.30 to 9.30pm).  Contact Leanne for more information on 01328 856788

Young Rangers group for 12 to 18yr olds. A chance for young people to get involved with habitat management and wildlife surveying on the reserve. Contact Leanne if you are interested on 01328 856788.

Monthly Moor Walk.  Every last Sunday in the month 9am.  A gentle stroll around the reserve to see what is out and about each month. (No Monthly Moor Walk in April. - replaced by a Dawn Chorus - see above).  Everyone welcome.  Contact Leanne for more information on 01328 856788.
